This lady representative responded by telling me they need me in store before they can tell me that info. Or I can check online for stock. I informed her it was a long travel to my nearest store as I live out of town and the last time I checked online it wasn’t accurate. This was the reason I called ahead this time. She still did not care. She showed no empathy. She needs a crash course in customer service ASAP.

She’s “F” lazy to get up from her chair and then she told us we have to wait for an hour so screw you. We walked out and went to Best Buy to buy Samsung Galaxy Fold there. Best Buy people are very helpful so do not waste your time to go to this ATT store bec. she’s a bitch I’m sorry for my language. This happened 12/23/20 before noon. She don’t like selling it to us for some reason. Do not waste your time coming to this store. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know what’s her name.
- March 7, 20202 out of 5The buying time is okay, after service is definitely not good. I purchased phones and ipad on Feb.7 iphone 11 pro max and ipad the $1600 one.
Then purchased cases for the phones as well. Unfortunately when we are about to use the case it was defective so around Feb 14 we would like to exchange it with our receipts for sure. The guy who is the manager said they will call another store, then we will call you. After a week no calls so I called Feb 21 saying there is none, wait for the inventory and we will call you. No calls so i called them March 4 spoke to one staff ( the one assisted me to purchase my phones) and said come back March 7 and we can replace it. I came early like 10:40 am there was a lady in the store and she was so rude saying it is not her call, i have to call otterbox.
This lady named Shadonna was not considerate at all. At least tell me I apologize for any confusion or sorry about that, it was so disappointing thinking that this lady doesn’t care about the customers frustrations. 6 attempts to get this resolve and with no results. I hope they will understand the proper etiquette for customer service.
- September 22, 20191 out of 5I went into this store 1981 W. 21st on Sept. 5th, 2018, and the ATT rep advised about a promotion buy one IPhone 8 and get one free. I felt like my bill at my previous provider was a little high, so I signed up for the promotion hoping a cheaper bill and better coverage. I transferred mine, wife and two kids phone numbers to ATT. The coverage has been better, but a couple months into my contract I noticed I was still getting billed for
4 IPhones and not two. The female manager at this store and the regional manager checked into why and come to find out the Sales rep that no longer works for Attn. had given me and my wife the wrong info for the current promotion.
He did not advise that the promotion required internet service with ATT. The internet provider doesn't work in my area so I would had never signed up for this promotion.
Around December 2018
the female store manager advised that the company will make things right and credit my account for the two IPhones.
It is now a year later and I am still waiting on them to fix the problem. They have credited my account for one IPhone that took them until April 2019 after going into the store and calling numerous of times. But they still have not refunded me for the other IPhone.
About that time the female manager is transferred to the Hutch location and now I am dealing with a Hispanic male manager. I thought maybe he would get things done faster than the Female manager boy was I wrong Lol.
The new manger even gave me his personal cell phone number around July 2019 because since I am a police officer he felt like me coming into his store every week in uniform was going to scare his customers. Of coarse having his number didn't help, I even contacted the regional manager on facebook and no response.
I estimated that I had come to the store at least 10-15 times in the last 8 months. I called and texted the store manager's cell number didn't help because he never responded to my calls or text messages until Aug. 13th 2019 when I text him that I was going to file a complaint. Wow the the next day the manager text me back and says your account has been credited back for the other IPhone he is just waiting for approval. Few days passed and I called and text and no credit.
On sept. 08,2019 a year later, I looked at my call log at My Atnt.com and I counted I had called the number at this location (316-779-2579) 29 times.
On September 8th, 2019 I decided to print of the statements that showed the 29 calls from My ATT.com. And doesn't include the 10-15 times I went into the store Uniform. On that day I go into the store at 1981 W. 21st and of course the store manager is off which reminded me last time I was in the store the sales rep advised he was supposedly on vacation. The rep advised that he is aware of my situation. While I'm talking to him the manger who suppose to be on vacation walks out from back of the store to the main floor while I’m in the store lol.
Anyways its Sept.8th, 2019 a year later, I showed the rep the print outs of the 29 phone calls and advised it has been already 12 months since I signed up for the promotion that I was supposed to get. The rep says well this credit takes time just be more persistent. I laughed and stated, so calling the store 29 times in last 8 months and walking into the store 10 other times isn't persistent enough. I advised him that I have wasted so much time to get this problem fixed.
The last several months I even asked to switch back to a different carrier and just waive my contract fees since they have not corrected the problem.
I realize they are just going to continue to lie en they just continue lie, so I walk across the street and had all 4 numbers ported back to Sprint, thank God they are paying off the termination fees with Atnt. So beware of this location because this was the worse customer care I have ever experienced .
