    I called the Bardstown store asking if a certain hotspot could be serviced, he told me yes and to bring it in after I got it. I drove 40 minutes away to the nearest Best Buy to pick up the hotspot I was told would work. I drive back to Bardstown and walk in and I am told they can’t do anything to help me LOL. Zack then said “I didn’t know this is the router you was talking about I thought you meant the Nighthawk5g (I brought the Nighthawk AX8). Was told sorry have a good day. Complete disbelief, I will be canceling my services as this isn’t the second time I’ve wasted my time at this location. Hopefully nobody else has these problems.

    Jordan was helpful when my phone went down and was not able to call out or receive calls.

    Amber the "manager" on the other hand is a different story. Looking at the prior reviews of this person, seems like it's a common theme of their attitude.

    Even if you are not speaking to her, she will yell at you, and give you very rude and aggressive responses.

    She was getting so loud, I eventually told her "calm down, it seems like you're having a bad day". Looks like every day is a bad day for Amber.

    If you are a "manger" for a store that gives customer service, you should do exactly that.. service your customers. Otherwise, get a new job.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am not even a customer! My father is recovering from a heart attack and I was asked to go in and pay his bill for him. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help me, two employees were with other customers, I had walked outside to let him know I was still waiting because he was in the car. I returned back inside where I waited another 15 minutes for someone to come from the back to help me. As I started to explain and ask a question one of the other employees yelled across the room to answer my question. In turn, I asked which was going to help me since I had been waiting calmly for so long. The one who yelled across the room said that if I hadn't have stormed out of the store already she would have helped me.( yet she was still helping the other customer) I HAD NOT stormed out of the store....I stepped outside to check on my elderly father and I returned back in. I was trying to pay his bill and find out what was the best way for him to pay so he didn't have to wait as long as I did seeing that he is 80 years old. Yes, I was upset...but ONLY when the one who claims she was the manager yelled at me across the store, threaten to call the police on me and refused to let me pay his bill. NONE OF THAT WAS CALLED FOR!!! If the manager would not have said a word to me, the ONLY one I had words with and the ONLY one that started to be nasty..and let the one who came from the back to help me....I could have paid the bill, figured out an easier way for him to pay it in the future and left the store with no problems. I am sure everything is on video. I certainly had not been rude or nasty before she yelled at me across the store and I certainly didn't threaten anyone or the store for her to say she would call the police on me. After all of that, I had asked my father how they have treated him when he has went in previously ( without telling him what happened) and he said they are always mean, rude and try to hurry him out of the store and he wishes he didn't have to go in there. Needless to say, I am glad I am not customer and I know my father will never go in there again. Now, for the one reading this....if you are the manager of the store and you are the one that I had words with...I am sorry you are going through whatever you are going through that you felt the need to yell at me across the store while your employee greeted me to help me. I promise you, I would have never said anything to you, never would have had words with you, would have never said anything out of the way if YOU had not said a word to me. I will pray for you and whatever you are going through. I guess I was the one who was in your store at the wrong time to simply pay a bill for my dad. May God be with you.

    The “manager” of the store was impatient and cut me off without answering my questions about adding a pre-paid line and then hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened. She needs to find a new job if she is that miserable. I did nothing to provoke this from her.

    This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!! I have never seen such hateful, rude, unconcerned, lazy appearing/acting, “care less” couple of people in a business that claims to try to sell and help customers. The girl who we dealt with was very blunt, didn’t give a crap less if she helped us or not. She had zero personality and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere than where she was. By the way, this was on Dec. 3, 2021 around 1:30 pm if anyone reading this wants to know which employee was there. I think what shocked me the most was that AT&T would allow employees of this caliber even in one of their stores. If you are looking for help, advice, or to purchase an AT&T product, you better keep going and find a Verizon store.
