    I know what you’re thinking but I’m telling the truth....
    When ATT CEO announced service would not be interrupted due to being unable to make payment, he forgot to tell the folks who keep track of that sort of thing, and I lost cell and internet access.
    Being a man in my mid-fifties, who has AcuteChronicCongestiveHeartFailure, catching this China-virus is not an option. I live in an assisted living resort, and have other issues plus the heart problem. I don’t pay online, I once had credit card info stolen, and had to prove that I had not gone to Vegas, and spent $10,000 on a three day weekend. So, using a CC was not an option. I don’t have one anyway. After numerous emails, and hanging on hold for an average of 90 minutes by calling 611, I took a shot on trying a local remedy and called OuterLoop store. Brianna answered the phone and patiently listened to me rant about lack of customer service,and endured a10 minute monologue, before I even asked a question. She didn’t think they could help from the store, and for a brief terrorizing few seconds, suggested calling 611 and just waiting. She must’ve heard me whimper like a whooped pup,because she then said she would talk to her manager. 30 seconds later, she took my number,and said she was going to try something there In-store,and would contact me in the morning. I thanked her and hung up. Not 60 seconds later,I received a message saying my service was restored!! I couldn’t believe it!! I called the store,gushing gratitude,and told her I’d return the kindness by maybe getting lunch for the crew,which she said was not necessary. She was glad she could help me out...said she was just doing her job....imagine...in the year 2020, where pants are saggin,and COVID-19 is naggin,there are still intelligent,kind,caring, ultra competent folks who will go above and beyond to help out a total stranger....this cellphone is my only link to the outside world...I would’ve been corkscrewed if not for her....keep in mind, this all happened with less than 45 minutes until closing time....what she and her manager did, was keep me with ATT. I had decided that if I had to go out to pay the bill, then I’d pay my first bill at Cricket or Sprint, because I was done with ATT. Those employees just kept a longtime customer still a customer... I recommend this store 100% without hesitation.4-1-2020
