    I would not ever step foot in this store again. They were so negative including the manager. They said there were no promotions going on. I knew there was because I had been on the phone with corporate the last two days. They tried their best to let me think that I was being scammed. I’m not an idiot, they were just lazy. I left the store and ended up ordering myself a phone from a promotion. Their loss! Please do not go to this store.

    This is the worst store. I went in for help with my new phone and the young man there wouldn't do anything. He made remarks like "that's just the basic phone" and "they'll say anything to get you to buy a phone." He wouldn't explain anything, he just looked at me like I was wasting his time. If you are wanting a new phone or service, don't go here. It will be a waste of your time. No stars!!

    I was in this store earlier today and I checked-in then they told me to wait in my car and that I was gonna get a text message in 10 minutes telling me to come in. The store wasn’t that busy, I waited for more than 40 minutes, then I went back into the store to ask about when am I gonna get help. The supervisor of the store said “go back to your car, we’ll text you when one of my employees is ready for you.” Even though I saw few available employees. Now it’s been three hours and I haven’t got any text back, and while I was waiting I saw people coming in and out of the store. It was just me that didn’t get help. They waisted my time! It was a really bad experience at this store!

    I brought my phone in for a trade in. My phone screen was cracked and was told that with those cracks my galaxy note 9 wasn't worth 60 dollars but it was worth 58.90. Short 1.10$ Jeremy told me my only option was to get my phone fixed then come back. I do that and when I return I get the worst sales person in the world. He (daniel) started my trade in and said the phone still wasn't enough after I had spent 275 dollars to get the screen fixed. His manager (daniel) then over rides the system and pushes the promo though. Strike 1. He then asks me about my internet service. I have att uverse, next. I ask to see the phone I want to purchase to decide if I want to get the pro or the ultra galaxy note 20. He says I can't touch the phone because they don't have a display with a security cord attached to it. They have every other phone displayed except the newest ones. So I said you have my phone and wallet and wireless actt pulled up, whats the big deal? His response was I can't let you touch it and its still att property. Strike 2. At this point the manager comes over because now being forced to choose a phone that I can't be satisfied with because I don't know how it works and I'm upset. He tells me again its store policy to not touch the phone. Instead of walking it and because I was short on time, we move forward. In an already terrible interaction, he asks if I want insurance. I say no.. he says why not. I say, I dont want insurance. This is a 1200 dollar phone. I said i don't want insurance. He says, man you reall.... I yell at him that i don't want insurance and to not ask me again. Strike 3. I buy the phone but then I need a case for it. I go pick up the case off the rack and sit back down in front of him while he has my brand new device in his hand. He reaches around the barrier and grabs the case. Strike 4. I will call and call and call until these 2 terrible employees are reprimanded. Because little did they know, my sister just died and needed to go prepare for the funeral. Now I have to take time out of my day to deal with this blatant disrespect. If I didn't have a funeral to go, I would still be there on Facebook live showing how terrible those 2 men were at their jobs. I'll wait for your response ATT.
