Went to the store today and had a great experience working with the 3 girls there they made you laugh and entertained you even though the internet was giving them a issue: they just turned on their hotspot and kept helping people. Arrived at this store at 5:40 pm and the store was closing at 6 pm. Where most stores would rush to get out by closing time both Leslie and Riley provided us exceptional customer service and patience as we were replacing 2 I Phones and one had been damaged by being submerged in water.
They worked tirelessly till well after 7 pm to accommodate our needs. Thank you Leslie and Riley for going above and beyond your job duties.

I have already been in contact with the customer retention department and I will continue to call them everyday until I am satisfied that the manager of this store(Leslie Gentry) is properly dealt
with. I have been a long time customer of At&t since 1996 and I have never been treated in the manner she treated myself and daughter. I will say that I am in part not without some wrong doing as my frustration with our situation made me impatient and not a very happy person during the time we were in the store, and even prior to that as we talked to at least 2-3 people from customer service about this. My daughter and I explained what we have dealt with re: her upgrade and order of a new apple watch the last two weeks which was totally messed up and never received, and that we decided to come into the store to redo the entire order in hopes that this time we would work everything out. The initial sales assoc. told us that there was nothing she could do. My frustration kicked up a notch and upon "not knowing" how to deal with the situation she called the manager(Leslie Gentry)over to our table before fleeing into the back room. I was clearly not happy, but when this manager came over she clearly had no inkling on how to deal with customers or explain things in order to alleviate frustrations. I also want to add that she had no idea about our situation or about the amt. of time we had talked to customer service on our own to figure out what happened over the course of the last two weeks. Had she tried to ascertain and gather info from us, things prob would have gone a bit differently. But it didn't. A little info to customers goes a long way and can often redirect situations from going south. This however didn't happen and within 30 seconds of approaching our table she was raising her voice for everyone to hear, saying that I upset her sales girl and that she was not going to wait or help us and to leave the store,"I am the manager, and leave the store now"as she pointed to the door. I told her I did not create this problem and that AT&T did. She could have handled this fiasco 1000 different ways than what she did. On the way out the door my temper got the best of me and I turned around and called her an A$$(which is why I am not without fault in all of this). When we got home I called the store to find out her name and she answered of course. Lets say the phone call was no better than when we were in the store. Her mouth was flying a mile a minute saying she already made notes on my account about my behavior and what I had called her ,so on and so on. I wasn't even able to get a word in edge wise. I tried to ask her to let me speak but she kept yelling then hung up on me. Had given the chance to say something during that phone call I would have apologised for what I said in the store, but she wouldn't allow me to. I am the type of person after things settle will admit if I was out of line, that's just the way I am. So I will call every single day until I feel like I am being heard or that I feel this manager has been reprimanded and taken care of, or possibly sent back thru managerial training. Something needs to be addressed here and in terrible way.
