Would give no stars if I could. I upgraded to the new iPhone at this store. A month later I received a bill. The bill had an extra line, and other services that I did not authorize and had no clue about! It took me 2 hours with customer service to get everything off that I had no clue the lady had added, including a new line!!!! - January 5, 2021

Don`t use this store!!! I purchased a new phone there. Phone stop texting. I went there twice and there was at least 5 to 6 people in line. So I called in and asked for an appointment and I was told id need to go on line to make appointment so I did. Never heard for anyone so I call back the next day to see if my appointment was set. The lady told me I must come in and get in line. I explained I run a business couldn`t close for a few hours so I went on line like they said to make an appointment. She said didn`t matter need to come get in line they she hung up on me. Call back ask for a manager and guess what they wasn`t working that day. I tried to explain what happen on the first call then he hung up on me. The rudest store I have ever been inside or called.. Less then one star!! - September 30, 2020

So yesterday went to store to check where m replacement phone. Two Employees working. Neither one was wearing a mask. Male employee comes over to ask Female employee a question. Keep in mind neither employee wearing masks. He sneezed into his elbow, but his mouth was on the under side of his arm. TOTALLY NOT APPROPRIATE.. WHY WERE TEY NOT WEARING MASKS?.....?.?.. I visited the store on July 4th the young lady that helped me set up service for 3 new phones was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable very friendly great customer service skills unfortunately when I got my new bill there was activation charges when I was told activation charges would be waived I called the store and spoke to another young lady who told me yes in fact the activation charges should have been waived and told me she would take care of it and call me back after a few days of not hearing back I called store again this time I spoke to Jason who introduced him self as the manager of this Princeton Kentucky AT&T store wow what horrible customer service Jason was extremely rude perceeded to tell me I was lying and nobody on his staff would have told me activation fees would be waived I then explained to him that I talked with somebody a few days ago who again told me they Shud have in fact been waived and that day said they would take care of it he then after already explaining to him that I visited the store while visiting my mother I lived 9 and a 1/2 hours away told me that if I wanted any help I needed to come into the store when I again reminded him about how far away I was he proceeded to tell me he was done with this conversation and hung up on me I called back and asked him for the name and number of his boss and he told me I told you I was done with this conversation and I am the boss and again hung up on me I have never seen such rude poor customer service as especially coming from someone who stated he was the manager of that store if somebody sees this review and could please email me that I may discuss the situation I would greatly appreciate itResponse from AT&TAugust 27, 2020Hello Sarah G.
