This is was only my second time at this location, and my second experience ended up being the same as my first—subpar. Upon walking in the store, I was not greeted until about 10-15 minutes after walking in. There did not seem to be a sense of urgency among the associates when it came to welcoming or offering assistance to clients coming in the store. Once an associate decided they were going to offer assistance, she seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire process. Have been trying to get something taken off our account for weeks and no one seems to know anything!
