I visited on 10/4/2020. Greeted by lots of staff, however the one that 'helped' me was less than enthused. Very indifferent. I have consistently used ATT for 25 years. I visited because I had received a warranty replacement and was having issues. It was a simple fix but I could have used some additional assistance on setting up the phone, but none was offered and when I asked questions, I was met with very little feedback. So I guess if you are not spending $1200 on phone and accessories you aren't very important. So I was disappointed with my particular ATT staff member.Response from AT&TOctober 6, 2020Hello L.R. The customer service was horrible today. Usually when i visit the location, I am greeted and checked in. Tonight 11/20/2019 I went to the location and NOBODY greeted me. I stood at the door for 10 minutes and still nobody greeted me, so I walked around a bit to kinda get their attention to let them know I was waiting. Still NOBODY SAID A WORD. Even though they had customers someone could have acknowledged me. So I asked a representative was I suppose to stand at the door. He said, “Yes we are in training and someone would be with you!” How would I know what to do if nobody say anything. I stood by the door patiently for about 3 more minutes and i just walked out. I saw someone look out of the window. I am still sitting in my car doing a review before iI pull off. I will never come back to this location. They should be teaching them to greet customers. I am so disappointed. I did i t mind waiting, but nobody never said anything to me AT ALL - October 4, 2019

They offered a BOGO deal and I accepted. I was told by the manager that I would be receiving credits for the free phone “in a few months”. I never received the credits and basically got screwed out of over $1000. Apparently, the store screwed up and I never qualified for the BOGO deal due to my residing zip code, but I was not informed of this until 10 months later.
