    I made the switch with my cell service from sprint to AT&T. I have much better service now in the area I live and work. All the staff from assistant manager down that my wife and I dealt with at the store were very knowledgeable about their service and equipment. They helped us get the best price for our family and a new phones for everyone using our old phones from Sprint. Ended up adding another line for our daughter also. At the end of the day we ended up with more phones, better service and a better price than we were paying for from Sprint with one less phone line. Again the staff was great!!!!!! Keep doing what you are doing.

    We switched from sprint to AT&T back in February, we had been with sprint for over 10 years, we was paying over $300 a month, and the service was horrible, so we switched.. Monica Mckee was our rep. She was great with everything from the beginning, they were running a deal buy one iPhone get one free with direct tv, so that’s what we did, except when we got our first bill it was buy 1 get one 50% off on the bill, so I’m still paying for 2 phones that were supposed to be free, to which my bill went up from the first bill, and I have been paying more than I should be.. I have been into the store and talked to several reps. they told me by our 3rd bill it would switch over to buy 1 get one free , that it had something to do with the direct tv , but needless to say it has been almost a year, and it still hasn’t been fixed.. I talk to one rep. and they said to call customer care, so I did, customer care said they fixed it, but when I got my next bill it still wasn’t fixed, so I called customer care back and they said I needed to call the store since it started there.. I called and talked to Monica Mckee and she said she would get with the manager to escalate it to customer care, but it has been a couple months since then, it still hasn’t been fixed, since then I have tried calling to talk to Monica but she won’t return my calls, so I tried calling in to talk with the manager, but every time I do they come up with some kind of excuse that the manager is in a meeting, or the manager isn’t there, and they will have the manager call me back, but it never happens.. It is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Through all of this trying to get my bill fixed, I have gotten the run around and ignored, it is absolutely asinine, that they won’t return my calls!! I would never recommend AT&T to anyone!! I wouldn’t even recommend to my dog that’s how bad it is!! If I could give this review zero stars I would!! They could care less about their customers, all they want to do is sell you on their service, then when you have problems they don’t want to deal with it!! I think I have been more than patient with all this!!

    We had to wait our turn for service and I would recommend checking in online before leaving for the store in the future. Once our name was called, the technician did a good job of upgrading one of our phones, but I could tell that she had had a long a stressful day.

    Terrible! Came in to the store to upgrade my phone - understand they were busy but not one salesperson spoke to me. When it was my turn to see the next salesman the guy seem to dilly dally in the back and then when he came back to the front he spoke to another customer who came in after I did. He even told them that I was next but he continued to talk to them - so I left the store. Won’t be back either!
