Awful customer service. I stoped by yesterday to trade in my phone, and the customer service rep told me they don’t have iPhone 13, and you need to wait to wait 3-4 months after order.
I placed the order today online, and the phone was ready to pickup in this very store 2 hrs after I placed the order. Good Evening, I am writing because today I had an experience that was beyond satisfactory. The young lady who helped me was super helpful and efficient. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and was super friendly too. I hope she gets a raise because she seemed to be working her tail off and doing a damn good job at it too. I bought two IPhone 10X (it was bogo with Iphone 8) I got one and they push me to pay the second one. they lied to me. they said if you add 2 new line you are gonna get for each Iphone 10x a free Iphone 8. then I bougt two and add two new lines. who took my Iphone? the seller?
