    Horrible customer experience, stopped on because both my wifes and my iPhones recently stopped ringing. Calls going directly to voicemail. Immediately the agent told me it was my phone and asked if i had insurance, and said to take it elsewhere to get fixed. Did not even look at my account and my phone. He insulted my intelligence and logic. Since the issue is happening on both phones. The issue either had to be with att or apple! Not the phones. Finally after indicating that he was insulting me and i would take my business account to Verizon. Did another associate step in, check my phone check the account, verified that the calls were indeed going directly to voicemail that he dug in, did hard reboot resetting of the phone and cleared the issue. I have been coming to this att location for years for phones for my business. Never again, poor treatment, no expertise, rude and insulting. Told i had a broken phone without even checking the issue out. Is that the new training for att store associates? Are they supposed to be able to provide any support or only sell stuff? I would like a response so i can decide if we should stay with att or move my business account to verizon.

    ~~BEWARE – Stay FAR FAR Away from AT&T!!~~~I never leave reviews but I am really tired of being mistreated by big businesses and blatantly lied to by sales reps. I felt like I was not treated with respect or even human dignity. I visited the store on 3/25 at 10:15am in order to try and return an iPhone 12 (within 14 day policy). We had a unique issue because it was bought in Arizona by my dad who shipped it to me and account is in his name. My dad spoke to a customer rep (Anthony, ID AD6221) from AT&T 1-800 the night before, who tried contacting the manager of this store specifically. Unfortunately manager was off but customer rep was able to get a message to manager (Jackie) and he told us she could help me if I came in the next day. If there was any issues he said Jackie could contact him and he would straighten it out.

    I arrived and younger gal (forgot to get her name) was initially friendly but then got defensive/resistant about allowing me to speak to manager Jackie, which I don’t know why. Finally I gave in and explained my situation and immediately said there's no way they can do that (allow return without my father present). This is one of the issues but 1-800 customer rep said Jackie could take care of it and why I wanted to speak to her directly. Once looking up account, she even said that she couldn't see my iPhone 12 order in the system. Apparently because it was bought through a sales rep who was setup at Sam's Club, AT&T did not want to honor a return, claiming the order is not even in the AT&T system. Even The other rep working (young man) was rude and argumentative, belligerently interjecting that we should have essentially knew better than to go into a "non" corporate store (Sam’s) and it was our own fault. I kept insisting that the customer service rep whom my father spoke to explained already situation to their manager.

    Young gal goes back to talk to manager and comes back saying Jackie spoke to rep yesterday and told him to tell us that it would be a waste of our time to come in because she couldn’t do anything. Finally Jackie comes out but she doesn't even acknowledge me as I am with the younger gal, I have to get her attention from afar and confirm she is Jackie and that I would like her help. She comes over and I ask what happened with the rep and she said she never spoke to anyone because she has been off! I called out the other gal for telling me the lie and she just said she was backing up her manager. Everyone has bad days but blatantly lying to someone is unacceptable and she should be reprimanded! We went back and forth and the manager was just as rude, both of them kept arguing with me always saying that I was wrong and that I was essentially lying when explaining what other stores and the customer rep told me/my father. They even kept interrupting me and would not let me finish when I tried to explain my side! I tried to get them the customer rep’s info, including his ID number, but the refused to take it or contact him!

    Finally I had to just walk out of the store with them badgering me as I left and nearly shaking with how upset and poorly I was treated. I was in utter shock and disgust with the experience, feeling like I was attacked by all 3 of them. I think once they found out I couldn’t give them any commission, they did everything in their power to not help me. So sick and tired of these sleaze ball, snake oil sales people who will have no integrity and will lie to your face! AT&T should be ashamed to have these people working for them, they have really gone downhill!!

    Terrible customer service. Sales rep sold me a galaxy watch then couldn't number sync it. Then I'm told oh sorry we can't help you. It's a manufacturer issue & I should of got the Apple watch as that's easy to sync. I spent hours on phone,numerous days in the store with 4 different sales reps including the manager who couldn't sync my brand new watch. Ended up going to At& T in Easton & got issue resloved in 15mins. Don't go to this location if you have the choice. Service unprofessional + lack knowledge for the products they sell you.
