Incredible service from Veronica at this store. She helped out when the online store dropped the ball multiple times and my elderly parents were without phones for a week. She set two phones aside, upgraded them, activated them, and moved their data over within minutes. THANK YOU for taking the time to set everything up in an unconventional way. SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! GO TO THE LAKESIDE ONE DOWN THE STREET BY OUTBACK! Went here to get a new phone and had the pleasure of being helped by the biggest fraudster since Madoff, MICHAEL KIMBLE. He added Next Up installment, Phone Insurance, and Hot Spot to my phone plan WITHOUT EVER ASKING. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I had no clue this even happened until I saw the email confirmation on the way home and my bill was $100 higher per month. If you’ve ever been here, CHECK YOUR BILL. I then stopped at the Lakeside store to verify why my bill changed and Kristen took care of me and removed all of the stuff that was added by MICHAEL KIMBLE, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. She’s the sweetest person and went above and beyond to help me fix this! We were then informed that this is a normal occurrence at that store. The funny thing is while we were being "helped" (scammed) by Michael he told us how he sends any customer who isn't buying anything to the Lakeside store. When customers walked in and needed help, his excuse was that he can't do it because they're a retail store and you need to go to a corporate one. In addition to the FRAUD committed by MICHAEL KIMBLE, we were very uncomfortable with his temper and overall demeanor. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I will be spreading this review as far and wide as possible and contacting all district/regional managers. MICHAEL KIMBLE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND FIRED!!! I came into the store to upgrade my iPhone and to purchase a second iPhone. Veronica was extremely unhelpful, rude, and condescending.I have never been treated so horribly in my life by a sales person. Every question i had, her response was very short and she was doing other things in the store so she was not attentive at all. Being frustrated, i left.
