- March 25, 20195 out of 5For some reason, this will not permit me to use the first or last names of the representatives that helped us tonight and that is a shame. I will tell you that one female and two males assisted us and they were exceptional. I went in, after recently moving to Michigan and having a very misleading experienced at another location close by, needing to upgrade the 4 phones on my account. The female representative was very professional, took the time to explain everything on my account, step by step. She also did a fantastic job of listening to my needs, especially at wanting to keep my existing bill from skyrocketing, but also wanting the best phones for our plan. We ended up with 4 iPhone XR's and are so happy. The two gentlemen on staff were equally professional and kind and engaged with my entire family. They also helped us find the right covers and screen protectors, as well as recommend additional products for our family. We could not be happier with the service we received. I was actually considering switching to a competitor after being a customer for 15 years with AT&T and because of the great service tonight, we will be happily staying with AT&T. Thank you to the three staff members present tonight!
