    Visited the store for a Billing issue. First person I spoke to (Adam) was great. Called the ATT LOYALTY like he said. They told us to get this problem resolved we needed to go back to the store. Called the store, was hit with complete arrogance and was hit with “Ma’am we cannot take care of this. You must talk to the other loyalty department.” Became completely frustrated with the person I spoke to on the phone. Bounced from person to person. I kept asking for either give me a manager or a number that will work. He was preachy vs listening to our frustration and concerns we need to talk to someone that walk thru the major issue we had. Pretty sure the other people with the reviews on this site spoke to the same person. Completely dissatisfied and have been with ATT for 20 yrs. Ready to cancel everything based on the person I spoke with at this store. Regarding the person that finally helped us at ATT for an hour and 10 min. So frustrated and the sad thing is after I spoke to several friends they all have told us they either already left ATT or they are planning to. Well never go to the ATT store again. Especially this one.

    Not great experience. They told me when i made my purchase of upgrading my phone what credit i would receive and that i should wait to turn in my old phone to make sure everything was ok with my nw phone. When i went back to trade in my old phone they said i could only get half of what they told me. I feel the Sales person lied when i made my purchase. They then told me there wasnt anything they could do for me. Be leary of what they tell you.

    Spent $2k at the Ballwin AT&T store on new iPhones. Realized we were charged a fee that they previously agreed to wave. When trying to discuss with the store manager, Damien Eichelberger, he kicked me out of the store before I said one word after hanging up the phone on me. He wouldn’t even let me enter the store to discuss. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    Awful experience the last 2 times I was in the store. Explained to in store rep that I had a problem with my service. He said “Well, you probably didn’t sign up for the right plan anyway”. Then was told by the rep to call a loyalty number, which I did. While on the phone with the loyalty person, she had a question. I relayed this to the in store rep and was told by him that “These people are typically working from home and don’t know what they’re doing“. Spent nearly an hour on the phone in the store with loyalty and tech support and was completely ignored for the remaining time I was in the store by all three reps. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Ultimately my issue has not been resolved and I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location.
