Cancelled deceased mother's DirecTV account to open one in father's name. Left store after 3 hours of being there, thinking everything was taken care of. On day of installation no one showed. Spent 2 hours trying to get to the bottom of situation. Finally got a hold of person that was "helping" us. She never processed the order and texted me wanting me to send a picture of my elderly father's debit card to her so she could charge us for the activation fee. I expressed my feelings about this and asked for the activation fee to be waived. Due to her lack of professionalism and never getting a response back from her, my father is still sitting alone in silence because she failed to do her job fully. Very angry with the service she provided. Will never go back to that store and if I do I will not allow Fernanda to help us.Response from AT&TSeptember 12, 2020Hello Kayla,

MICHAEL was a knowledgeable, efficient, helpful AT&T employee. I came in with a pretty long list of things I wanted to cover. One by one, he helped me through each one. Whoever hired him knows what they're doing. He's a great face of AT&T.
SIDE NOTE: this store kept its promise to get me in at my appointment time! I've been to other AT&T stores where I've waited *an hour* after my appointment time booked on line. Why even bother offering appt times if they mean nothing?
