    Excellent customer service, we were helped by Erick, he was very attentive and very helpful with our needs. We purchased two phones, and he set them up for us, made it so much easier for us. Grace the manager was also helpful. But we dealt directly with Erick.

    Absolutely the worst customer service i ever had. When i came into to store it seemed no one wanted to help me. They were all sitting around talking when i approached the table everyone got up and Erik was the only one left. I told him i only needed to switch contacts from old phone to new phone and was told to go to the app. Then i was told my phone was defective because he couldn't release the sim card. The crazy thing is i asked for a key to release the card and it popped out on the first try when i did it. After that he said my phone wont connect to WiFi. I was so frustrated i took my phones and left, sat in the car and wow at&t showed up on the WiFi. I don't know if my race played a part of my service or he was just not knowledgeable of how to handle the job but i will never return to this store again.

    Arman, the sales associate who "helped" me today is the worst. I intended to trade in my 6 Plus, and 8S to get me iPhone 12. I did my homework by reading the terms and conditions online. I even called, before I went to this store, I called customer service and explained to the phone agent my intent. I made it clear, that because of the Pandemic, I need to cut cost by disconnecting 1 of my 2 current cell phone services. And to upgrade the remaining 1 cell phone line I wish to keep to get me the new iPhone 12. I did all my due diligence to make sure that I qualify. Sara, the phone representative said I do. So off I went to the store, to trade in my iPhone 6 and 8 phones, because according to Sara, the phone agent, the store sales associate will NEED to check if my 6 and 8 phones are in good condition for it to qualify for the trade in. Sara cannot see my 6 and 8 phones via phone call, so she can't tell me if they are in good working condition. AT&T person has to see it first hand to be sure. So off I went to the store. Arman, was the one who approached me, and told him my story. I repeated everything to him: disconnect 1 of the 2 mobile phone devices...and to upgrade to 12 with the 1 remaining phone. He cut me off, and said before we proceed any further, he tells me that I do not qualify because I am cancelling 1 of the 2 phones. To which I cut him off. I said, that is exactly the opposite of what Sara, phone agent said. I knew exactly this would happen so I made Sara write notes in my account. Did Arman took time to read? NO. Did Arman offer to call customer service to find out about my case? NO. He said I just need to go back get on the phone support again and have them do it because he wont. He wont trade in my 6 and 8, to get the 12 and take advantage of the trade in credits because I am cancelling 1 of 2 lines. What a waste of time. The worst customer service agent - Arman at the AT&T store on 4380 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas. He did not even attempt to research and investigate my conversation with Sara. He just was not very helpful. I work in the customer service industry as well, and I assure you that this is NOT how I would treat, and retain customers. He is a complete embarrassment.
