    Alex should not represent AT&T as a customer service manager. I ported over my lines on August 18th after being with sprint for 20+ years and never once have I been treated this disrespectful as Alex treated me today. I stopped at the store to return my phones and waited patiently for an hour while Alex left his two coworkers on the floor to deal with customers while he was on the phone. As a worker was walking to the back room I asked if he could grab my old phone that is waiting for me in the back room so that I could just go to a different store to make my return. The device is mine and the trade in was canceled however Alex has refused to return my phone to me but confirms that it is in the back where Jorge left it for me with a note indicating the phone is for me. All of a sudden Alex comes running into my face yelling "I told you yesterday I can't swap the devices" I explained that I have decided to just return the devices and he continued to interrupt and speak over me without even listening to what I was trying to say and did not even bother pulling up my account to try and return the phones. He literally threw insults at me, lied to my face and then told me to leave "his store". I am absolutely shocked that a company could treat a NEW customer as disgustingly inappropriate as Alex treated me today. No one should be treated this way from a company you pay over $300 monthly for their services.

    I was peasantry surprised to find that the store was not crowded and everyone was very friendly Denver was very attentive and helped me with everything and get the best possible deal My experience was overall great and the customer service was excellent I will def recommend to my friends and family,

    Walked in wanting to upgrade 3 phones. Didn’t get a hello from the employees. We sat down because we understood that they were busy and gave them some time. 50 minutes went by and none of the employees had yet to greet us or ask us if we needed help. We decided to leave since it had been almost an hour with no interaction, and none of the employees took the time to ask why we were leaving. To make it short, we were at the store for about an hour and none of the employees even made eye contact with us, even when we were leaving. Another customer also walked out since she had been waiting about the same amount of time as us. Terrible customer service

    I give this store 0 stars. I have had nothing but problems with my AT&T bill since I was there. First off, the guy gave me 2 ghost lines without my consent. Don't fall for that... you get charged a monthly bill for them. $248 to be exact when I only have 2 phones. I'm still fighting with AT&T and about to get a lawyer. If I could cancel with them, I would. This store is awful. The old switch & bait thing goes on there.

    The worst service. They girl did not know how to set up my first net service and was blatantly rude and had no customer service to someone who serves the general public. She sat at the table with me on her phone while she had someone else try to figure out the service. They set up two accounts under my one number in which I was double billed and received inappropriate text messages on this other number that was added. I spent multiple hours each trip I made there to fix my issues and multiple trips and it was a frustrating disaster the whole time. The never fixed my issues and I continued to have billing and phone issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
