Dashaun is a moron. He says he is a manager but if he is he needs to be demoted and retrained. Only a fool could be told in various ways exactly what they want/need and they give you the opposite. I asked imbecile Dashaun for a non wireless sim card for a camera. Similar to what would be used in a tablet. I explained what issues I already had this week trying to get the right card. I informed him numerous times that the card needed to be activated BEFORE it left the store. When he handed it to me I asked again if it was activated and he foolishly smiled and said it was .. of course it wasn't. And when I called customer assistance they informed me it was a normal mobile card for a phone and would not work for what I I tended it for. soooooooooo If ever in at&t on 3rd Ave near 149th ask for anyone except Dashaun. I received an awful service from store manager Stevie P. I have been a loyal customer since 2004 and never imagined to be treated badly by manager who represent AT&T company
I visited the store to get an phone upgrade. Stevie mentioned I had many discount, and that a promotion for HBO was offered for $5 per line. It sounded like A good deal and sign up. At this point Stevie tells another representative Shaun to take over account. By that time, I told Shaun I have changed my mind about HBO services, and to cancelled or don't add upgrade. Shaun explained Upgrade is done,
also changing plan to original would caused double pro rated charges. I was shock about additional charges. I’m supposed to pay only $5 for each line, as per Stevie. I’m upset now,I was not told by Stevie regarding pro rated charges.
At that moment Shaun went to get Stevie to come speak to me about the cancellation. Stevie shows up Shaking his head and saying he told me this . I repeatedly said he left that informAtion out. It was only mentioned about $5 Only. While I'm upset, Stevie is laughing at me and saying there is nothing he can do. Stevie dismisses my concerns and After that, Stevie calls Eddie the security guard to walk me out of the store without offering a solution or nothing in the ways of an apology. So asked Stevie again how he can fix my account, because he had not accomplished nothing to solve the problem. Further more to insults Stevie decides to call cops since that was his solution to getting rid of the problem
I am most annoyed that Stevie call cops And was disrespectful and treated me in a degrading matter, I also felt embarrassed that such a great company hires manager who treats customer lpoorly. My impression of AT&T has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing account is being managed
I trust this is not the way AT&T wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with AT& T over 15 years and never encountered such treatment before. I hope this does not happened to anyone else. Noteworthy
I believe Stevie discriminated against me for being a women.
