    If there is a zero star I would give this store that rating.
    The sales Dylan Bennett helped me ported a line from Verizon but arbitrarily added features I never asked for and my bill increased by $87 the first month. I called ATT customer service and was told that the changes were done at ATT store I had to contact the store. I emailed Dylan three times and text messages. HE NEVER responded to me. I went to the store today 10/03 and Dylan says that he recent lost his work cell. THAT IS A LIE ON TOP OF LIES. Do not go to the store, at least I would not.

    I recently did an iPhone 12 upgrade. I declined the Protect Advantage service that evening. Tonight I get an email from ATT that they are billing me $40 a month for what I declined. They also ran my credit card three times for the $58 sales tax and said it declined all three times. My bank said they actually took money from my debit card and on the fourth try the bank declined it. Go to another store. These people can't be trusted. Updated: Look at their response...I went back in the store and told them and they didn't care...Spoke to the same manager...THEY DON'T CARE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...

    The representative did not want to help me because I did not want to add any new service. I just wanted an upgrade. Nothing changed on my plan. The sales person clearly looked uninterested in me. Then after he told me the phone was in stock, he later said it was not. I feel it was after I declined adding insurance on my phone. I left and went to the store in Holly Springs that helped me with my request. Disappointed in the Cary store.

    I would like to take this opportunity to commend customer service representative Robert on his outstanding assistance! I was having difficulties with a few technical issues with my Mobile phone and went into the Walnut Street store and was greeted very pleasantly by Robert. He was able to resolve all my concerns very efficiently in a matter of minutes. Needless to say, because of his friendly personality and excellent technical skills, he will definitely be my go-to representative in the future!!
