    Wasn't greeted at all when walking in and waiting for a few minutes. There were 2 employees helping people, talking and laughing, one with his feet up on another chair. One customer waiting said he had been waiting for more than 40 min and had not been acknowledged at all. He finally walked out. I started to get help a few minutes later and after not being able to help me due to his device not responding I was told to come back sometime later and normaly it would be a "30 second process". I had already drove 45 minutes to get there and didn't want to have to "come back later". I asked if there was a quick way of getting help if I came back and not have to wait in line for an hour since what I needed was suppose to be a "30 second process". The Manager got very confrontational with me and talked over the top of me when I said my past experiences at this store were very long wait times. He insisted no-one ever waits more than 5 minutes at "his store" and continued to talk over me and be confrontational as I walked out the door while he was ranting about being short handed that day. I told him I wasn't referring to that day specifically but also this is just Not true at all!! From my own experience and also the person ahead of me that morning said he had waited 45 minutes by the time he left WITHOUT help. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. I did not return for help. The previous time I had stopped in to upgrade 3 phones and my plan, I got lied to and told if I added a line (that I didn't need) that my bill would be lower. When I asked her to break it down and show me the numbers on how it would be lower ( because it obviously wasn't lower at all, much higher) she started treating me like a child and being very rude! Asked her why I couldn't just get the plan that was offered on my AT&T app and she tried to grab my phone out of my hand and told me I didn't know what I was talking about and there were no such plans available. I went home and did all my upgrading on my AT&T app-3 phones and the plan it offered and now my bill is less than it was with new phones and better plan. (without attitude!) Terrible, terrible service for me every time I go in there. That IS my experience , regardless of what the manager "thinks" his store is doing.

    Cameron was absolutely the best. Last week I ordered (purchased) a new phone (iPhone 13 pro max). It arrived in the mail as I was told. Today I went back to the store, was greeted right away by Cameron, who proceeded to help me finish setting up my new phone, helped me select a case and screen protector and then helped with the protector and case installation. There was a buy two get one deal going on and Cameron again helped with that. Cameron is the perfect example of customer service at its best.

    Worst customer service I've ever received! Literally no other customers in the store. Employee acted put out to have to assist or help. I asked for account help and they weren't able to assist. I asked about upgrading and asked if he could explain available options. The employee just stood there. When I said he sure wasn't wanting to make a sale today, he said "Look, if you want to upgrade then fine but I'm not going to sell you on anything. Either you want to or not." I said I guess not and walked out. Never going back to this AT&T Store. I just don't understand. I guess he really doesn't want to work. I walked out to the parking lot and called the corporate office to a different provider and upgraded my phone. The rep (over the phone) was able to help me with my account and was very friendly. The 3 other employees in this store were just standing around gossiping with each other.

    Stood around waiting on help. Two staffers were busy with customers which is awesome. One staffer wiped down and sanitized (thank you!). However, after that the sanitizing person was done they met another staff person to chat while a customer stood waiting for service. I eventually got in my vehicle and left. The two stars are for sanitary care.

    This store is the worst go to Coburg road store. I tried to get iPhone 12 mini with 64GB and they said it was 700$, same price as13 mini with 128GB! Coburg store the next day gave me the 12 mini half off the price of 629$. Why the 400$ discrepancy?
