    Went into this location and was assisted by Neal and Chris who where very knowledgeable and was able to get me in and out in a quick manner. I was able to get a new phone for myself and my boyfriend with no issue. They both went above and beyond. Good team working for you there. Was also greeted and thanked for shopping with you guys by Isaac. Great customer service.

    Best AT&T store in Medford! Neal and Isaac went above and beyond and truly made me feel valued. Been to the other stores and everybody is shady and looking to make a quick buck.

    I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the shadiest experience I have ever had with AT&T. Jeffery W. seemed nice and helpful. Boy was I wrong. On so many levels. Mislead about AT&T TV, said he cancelled it after I returned it and then didn't actually cancel it. So I had to spend 2 hours on the phone. How fun for me.
    But wait, it gets better. Then he told me how he could get me $10 off my phone bill every month for the same plan. Great! Except that my phone bill is higher now. Cool. Cool cool cool. I like AT&T but I do not like Jeffery.

    I wrote another one-star review about three weeks ago, concerning a phone that I ordered about four weeks ago. The regional manager said he'd make it right and between him and the store manager, they almost did. But though the phone I had returned three weeks ago had reached its first collection point, apparently it wasn't in the warehouse where it has to be scanned back into the inventory. After two more visits, they determined THAT's why their software wouldn't let me exchange that phone for the correct one. Now, it's been a month. Still no notification from their warehouse tracking system. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, but I don't think it's going to make it before Christmas. To be clear, the store did their best, but I still maintain that AT&T as a corporate entity, is horrible, and if I wasn't on somebody else's plan, I'd definitely switch to another carrier.

    Lousy Customer Service - Remember that old slogan, "We're the phone company - We Don't Care - We Don't Have To"? Upgraded to an iPhone 12 but this store was out and I had to order it; I was told when it arrives, to bring it in to change everything over. When it came a few days later, I went to the store, but it was five minutes before closing and they asked me to come back another day. Came back to find out that AT&T had sent the wrong phone. "Isaac" said we had to send it back and though they had the right phone in the store, AT&T would have to get the phone back before they could exchange it for the right phone. And no, they couldn't send it back, we had to take it to the post office ourselves and no, they couldn't expedite delivery. "I'm not the post office", he said. "Well, your salesman made the error, I would think you'd want to rectify things as best you could. "I'm just the sales associate, talk to corporate." Since they had the one I wanted, I asked if they could hold one for me since they were out the last time I was in. He said no. I said you already have my commitment to buy another one, I've got to wait at least another week or more now because of your store's error, and yet you won't hold the phone I ordered from you?" "It doesn't work that way." These stores are all set up so that there's no one to talk to, no one to complain to, and the people there have no motivation to do anything for you unless they're actually making a sale. Once the sale is made, not only are you on your own, they (or at least Isaac) practically sneer at you. He said we might get charged a $55 restocking fee that we can probably get back if we fight it. THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE. I told him that this was pretty lousy service for stuff that costs nearly a thousand dollars, he took offense. "I've told you everything you need to do." Emphasis on the "you" since this guy at this store had no interest in doing anything himself. AT&T is known for their lousy corporate customer service; I guess it makes sense that it filters down to their salespeople. AT&T: We don't care. We don't have to.
