    Today I came into the Warrenton store and was greeted by a very nice young lady named Holly . I usually ask for Zeeke as he is always very helpful with a smile. I try to make him my go to ! I found out he is on vacation ! Hooray for him !
    Well Holly stepped right up to the plate !!
    She was very patient with my million and one questions . She was very knowledgeable and informative . She never acted as if I was bothersome and she had all the patience in the world. Holly really helped me out in my understanding of different phones and different brands.

    Brad took exceptional care of me and my needs. It was a slightly tricky phone upgrade and he was very patient taking his time and making all well, and answered all questions. He and the store have my highest recommendation!

    I have been helping my elderly grandparents since May try to shut off the services they acquired through AT&T. My grandfather had dementia and could not recall his password and neither of them were well enough to go into a store. So AT&T refused to turn off the phone services and have continued to bill my grandmother, 6 months now. Grandpa has passed now and the only way to shut it off is with his death certificate, which takes 6 more weeks to get here. At least 1 more month of billing. This is unacceptable. Completely negligent of my elderly grandparents and their health. Possibly even an abusive business relationship. Having worked in customer service for 20 years I am disgusted.

    My friend and I were in several months ago and my friend wanted to go the prepaid system, well the manager on duty, some heavy set guy told my friend he needed to pay an extra month in advance, I went really I've been a prepaid customer for four years and have never had to pay a month in advance so basically he wanted my friend to pay $90 + buy a phone through them. I think there might be some unlawful practices going on there. I just thought about that as I was reading someone else's review I wish I would of thought about that before now. I know my friend went to Verizon and dropped at&t like no other. So that's two customers that won't be back thanks to someone's dishonesty.
