I waited about 10 minutes and no one came to see what I needed. The manager of the store and is an asian guy and I don’t know what he was doing on his laptop. 3 Hispanic guys came in after me and that manager got up to help them. The manager didn’t speak there language so he couldn’t help them. The manager went back and sat down to play on his laptop and didn’t even bother to ask me if he could help me. Mark was very rude to my mother and I. We came in to get some help with transferring a line to a new account and didn’t want to have to do it online. He urged us that online would be faster (20 minutes compared to 1 1/2 hours in store). I told him I wanted to do it there and he followed me around the store continuing to tell me it’s faster online. I knew the store was closing in an hour which is why I got off work early to make time to have someone help us. He seemed like he was trying to get rid of us and even said he didn’t want to help us do it online. He did not seem like he cared at all. We left the store because we didn’t want to work with someone like that. We had a lot of trouble trying to do it ourselves online and customer service had closed for the day.
