    I’m sure I’m being too sensitive, but when I called the store to ask a question the guy told me he was busy and asked if I could hold on. 1 hour and 33 minutes later the call dropped. When I tried calling back I found out the store closed 30 minutes after my initial call. The man left me on hold and went home for the night.

    Morgan is horrible. She is unprofessional, unethical and unlearned in her craft. She devalued her staff in the presence of customers and harassed customers. Out of 3 customers to enter the store, Morgan harassed 2, including an elderly couple instead of allowing her staff to continue working with the customer. The staff was more knowledgeable and professional than the manager, Morgan.

    This location can benefit from retraining as several of the employees are uninformed about the services and have provided false information to customers. You do not want to deal with this location.

    Last Sunday I called the store & was told there were no appointments available but to come in. I went in & waited over 1-1/2 hours before making an appointment for today. I arrived at the scheduled time today but still had to wait. When I was finally helped, I was able to complete the transaction I desired. However, the salesperson told me to wait while the new phone updated, etc. and that she would be back. She left to help another customer. It took so long I got my laptop to work on while waiting. The manager came up and very rudely asked me what I was doing & told me that I needed to go home to complete the updating of the phone. I told her I was only waiting as instructed by the salesperson. I will never go there again.

    Went in twice. The first time was to buy two new iPhone 12 pros. Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had to have phones mailed to our house. Second time in was to have screen protectors put on. Grant did a great job.

    Made an appointment a few days ago for March 1, 2021 at 10:30am to have my phone looked at because I can't get emails from my home computer on my iPhone. Walked in the door at exactly 10:30. Two customers were at a table with a tech, two customers sitting waiting. A representative asked who I was and I said I have an appointment at 10:30. She informed me that the 2 peole sitting were next and the tech has an 11:00 appointment so I may have to wait an hour. She asked why iI
    This is ridiculous to make an appointment and then be told I would have to wait an hour and that they couldn't help but COULD sell me a new phone. You must teach your "help" (using that term loosely) that they should stay on time, and be a little more "helpful" in trying to solve a customer's problem. Not a good experience.
