    I really wish that you had a lower star! I arrived at the store at 7:05 to make a purchase. I was there for 10 minutes before what appeared to be a manager yell across the room to say that someone would help me shortly. After having waiting for over 40 minutes I asked someone about the device I wanted to which I was told the device was in stock but he was with a customer. The manager and another associate disappear into the back to not return. I stepped across the street to pick up something and returned at 8:05 and the store was locked with people in the store who were there when I initially arrived. I asked to speak to not only the “manager” but the gentleman who was kind enough to answer my question only to be told by the “guard” that there was no manager in the store. It seems rather odd to have 6 people in the store and no management. I find it very deplorable that I had to wait to make for so long only not to be able to make my purchase. I have been to several of your busier stores and have never had such poor service. This one is in the my neighborhood and I can assure you that I will NEVER go in this store again! It really made me rethink changing my carrier!

    This is the possibly the worst run store in the company. Rude, inattentive and disrespectful employees who are dressed unprofessionally are of no assistance. I went there to upgrade my phone and encountered two incredibly rude, disrespectful employees that felt my business wasn't worth their time. Their conduct and disrespect is inexcusable. This conduct needs to be posted to this site so that everyone can see how horribly the staff treats its customers.

    I was completely disrespected and disregarded when I went to this sorry excuse of a store. I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence and when they did, the sales representative was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She did not allow me to explain the reason for my visit, interrupted every sentence I uttered and when I requested to speak with the manager it went from bad to worse. The sales representative pointed to me several times after I asked her not to because it is EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and she kept doing it. I had to wait 30 minutes for the even more rude and disrespectful manager. Both of the were improperly attired, torn jeans, flip flops and a dress that was too tight and revealing. The so-called manager didn't apologize for her employee's disrespectful conduct, instead, said I deserved it because I looked like I had an attitude when I walked in the door. To make matters worse, they were in the back discussing how much of a pain I was and refused to help me. When I requested the district manager's contact information, the manager flipped me off and went to wait on another customer. I would like to schedule a face to face meeting with the district manager to address such conduct. As a customer, I don't deserve disrespect from any company I am paying my hard earned money for service. The manger NEVER asked for my name, telephone number or anything to access my account. I advised her I have TEN lines of service and was interested in upgrading any device that is eligible. She instead took her bias and decided I wasn't worthy of her time. That is totally unacceptable and I'm sure it is not in line with AT&T's customer service strategy nor the company's core values. How can I get a meeting with the district manager to discuss this conduct as both employees refused to provide me with their names and positions. I wasted 2 and a half hours of my day that I will never get back. This needs to be fixed sooner than later.

    Ebony was very informative and gave my son and I excellent customer service. Micheal, the Manager, gave us excellent information and great customer service too.
