    Dennis was extremely courteous and pleasant when helping me set up my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. He helped me find a new case and installed it along with a new glass screen protector. He also helped me select other accessories. He carefully wiped my old phone of information after he had made sure my new phone had fully imported my information from the cloud. I had a great customer experience.

    I never expected to experience such a well rounded, professional,and patient sales associate at this store. After switch from tmobile next door. I entered and was immediately greeted by Jennifer. Her enthusiasm and willingness to help me put my mind at ease. I switched my 5 lines over from tmobile and even signed up with your directv streaming service. Jennifer even watched my phones transfer for me as I left everything in her hands while I picked my children up from school. After I returned hours later she still had that same enthusiasm as she did when I first encountered her. Mind you this was iphone release day and the store was busy. At two separate times I was there she had a line of customers patiently waiting just for her, without a doubt I can see why. It takes a really strong person to deal with the general public everyday, I would like for you to give her praise for an amazing job she did that day. I will not recommend everyone I know to see her. Kudos again Jennifer and thank you for your service

    I was a loyal AT&T customer for over 20 years. Never had I experienced what I did last July 31st 2020. I went in to purchase a new phone for my husband. The store manager told me about a “new promotion” that had just come out that day that if you imported a line from a different carrier, you would get a $1000 rebate on the IPhone 11. He said it would be cheaper for me to do that than pay for the phone upfront. He told me to go down the street to T-Mobile and buy a prepaid line ($50). I brought it back to AT&T, imported the line that we didn’t even need, and got the phone. After a few months when the rebate didn’t kick in in my bill, I called customer service and they informed me that there was no such promotion like the one I was sold, and informed me to go back to the store. I went back in, saw the same manager, Chris, told him what was going on and he assured me it was a legit promotion. Said to wait another month to see if it would kick in and if not, go back to see him. Rebate never kicked in, so I had to go back to the store AGAIN. You could tell Chris was annoyed when he saw me walk back in. He told me he had to submit something to his manager so the rebate could be applied. Fast forward to April 2021. At this point Chris was avoiding my calls and not returning them. I had visited the store 5 times before this, and wasted so much time and got nowhere. When I finally got in touch with him, he told me his manager didn’t agree to give me the $1000 rebate. I was fuming. I had been paying for the phone and the added line that I didn’t even need for 9 months. Needless to say, it was a scam. AT&T should be ashamed that one of their store managers would take advantage of a so-called promotion to meet their quota for the month, never mind in the middle of a pandemic! After a year of fighting with customer service and getting no-where, I cancelled my service with AT&T. Lesson learned - don’t trust everything they try to sell you. Take pictures of the promotions, because all of a sudden they “disappear” and are nowhere to be found. Thanks, Chris, for nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself.
