    My 83 year mother in law received a replacement flip phone because hers were out of date. My husband called ATT to find out how to transfer the contacts and he was told that the Charlotte Pike store could do it. We drove from Clarksville to Nashville and took mom to the store. My husband told a man there the issue and this man immediately said he didn't have the software. When I said that we were told by the employee, "well they lied to you" and sent us to a cell phone repair place. My husband called ATT again and the rep said that the he was texting with the West End store so we drove to this store (across town). We got the same poor service (their employees said we were lied to and the rep was trying to get us off the phone) and was sent to Best Buy (in the same area with the original store). I asked the store employee if this was a ploy to get mom to buy a smart phone or a better plan. She assured me that it wasn't that they just don't have the software or the maachine to do this process. We drove back across town (going into hour 2 of our process) to Best Buy. As soon we showed the phones to the clerk, she said "absolutely". Do you know how she transferred the contacts?!!! She stood at the desk and transferred the contacts via bluetooth from the two phones! Why in the world does ATT not train their employees how to do this?!! We paid $10 for something we could have done ourselves from our home!!!! We have been ATT customers for a very long time. Maybe it's time to change!

    Customer Service was Excellent
    I was lucky enough to be assigned to a young man named Tavaurus- I am an older citizen and he took such great care of me. I would suggest going to the West End Store in Nashville, TN - The whole team was supportive.

    This store is where all of our AT&T troubles began. Started with a sales rep that told us we were unable to transfer my wife’s number to our new account (when she was already an AT&T customer). Funny how it was easier for me to transfer my number from Verizon than it was for my wife to transfer her number to our plan when she was already an AT&T customer. And that was well timed to ensure we missed the buy one get one free (bogo) offer on the iPhones at the time. Since going back multiple times after signing up, we had the store managers word that the bogo would still be applied. Somehow all those promises and account notes they had “stored” were gone and AT&T hustled their way out of a promo deal to charging us $750 we should of never paid. They are dishonest and do not care about customers. And they will refuse to work with you fix the situation. They will tell you call customer service , customer loyalty, or cancellation, etc... And then those people will point you back to the “point of sale” which is the same store that did us wrong. It’s an endless cycle of crap and way too much headache. Please avoid this store and AT&T at all costs.

    Superb customer service. I needed help getting a SIM card for an old iPhone 4 so I could set it up as an iPod for my kids. The ladies working at this store on West End were dealing with social distancing and visiting customers at their cars, but checked in on my three times to make sure I was taken care of. They resolved my issue quickly and happily. I had made the same request at the Green Hills store a week earlier, and 3 of the CSR dudes just stood around with no customers to help while the CSR I spoke to swore nothing could be done for my phone, called it a "paperweight." They were trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. But the ladies on West End were top-notch. Thanks!
