    Poor customer service if there was an option for zero happily would rate that for this office. Every customer should be treated equally and spoken to the same and not differently than others. No promotions offered in which I have been there before and received awesome customer service since I have been with AT&T for several years. Except from Robin C and the other lady that was closing tonight “this lady I guess was left in charge didn’t even bother to come over and try to understand and handle the issue, in which she just went by what Robin C said whispering. While speaking with me since the beginning she was yelling making sure everyone heard in the store would hear my questions or concerns. The actual only good customer service received from was the young man than signed me in I did not get his name but he was the only one in the store that acknowledged I was there from all other employees and actually apologized for the wait and even came to ask if was being helped already before rude Robyn thought it was ok to speak to me in her tone of voice and think it was ok treat me the way she did. I respect older people but come on after me bypassing all her negative attitude and noticing being treated different then other customers, I just stated that’s fine you don’t need to say anymore since she could not explain the wording on the document vs what was online and she got upset oh you don’t tell me when to shut up! Even people came after I was placed in line and she skipped me and attended them first. I only wanted clarification on my questions about wording on documents and was being rushed without reassurance at least if something is not correct to at least come back. At no point was I asking for anything else and her response was I can’t do anything for you, as if I was asking for discount in which I was not. Would not even provide a confirmation page!

    My mother locked herself out of her phone, and after visiting the Green Oaks store and the Apple store in Ft Worth with no success, the AT&T customer service line made us an appointment with this store and assured us they would be able to fix the problem. However, Daryl said there was no way to unlock the phone at his location because they didn't have the proper equipment, but Johnathan said he would like to give it a try. I told him that Daryl already said it was impossible, but Johnathan was persistent and said he liked challenging situations. Sure enough, it was Johnathan for the win. It took some thinking outside of the box, but he was able to unlock my mom's phone. Not only was he patient and kind, but he was determined to meet the needs of his customers. Please make Johnathan the manager or give him a bonus or a raise or something because it's people like him that we need working customer service, and we could sure use more Johnathans in the world. Thank you, Johnathan.

    UPDATE: I called the store to speak with the manager about my experience, and Daryl just so happens to be the manager. When I asked him why he turned us away instead of helping like Johnathan did, he said it was store policy - what I needed just isn't something they do. I told him he could have helped anyway. After all, Johnathan's help led to a sale as I bought a screen protector, lightening cable, and charging block spending roughly $100. He insisted that he did nothing wrong that it was just store policy. He asked if I needed anything else, and I asked for an apology. He again said he did nothing wrong and just followed policy. It seems like if the store's policy is to NOT help their customers, and the manager's stance is to uphold that policy, then I will be taking my money elsewhere. Or perhaps this store should replace their manager...

    This customer service is absolutely terrible. Came in. Told there was a 50 min wait. Waited my 50 mins. Got the text. Stood up. Saw my name on the screen along with 2 names beneath mine. Waited for someone to address me. No one did. Everyone saw me standing there and said nothing. Granted, the waitin area was full. So lots of people standing around. I saw some customers leave. Waited patiently since I got my text. Figured someone would come up to me at some point. No one did then I saw a team meme we walk up to a family and sit them down and the name beneath mine disappeared. I am furious. I was there and they skipped over my name. I had to wait an addition 25mins. Ridiculous.
