    I have had to visit the South Austin AT&T store four time in the last few months to ask a billing question (once) and resolve fraud that was perpetrated on my account (3 visits). Each time, coincidentally and fortuitously for me, the agent that assisted me was Sean Casey. He was in each instance professional, polite, efficient and effective in resolving each issue in a timely fashion.

    Wish I could give Jason 10 stars! He trouble-shot my Samsung phone brilliantly. The problem



    (a SUPER-troublesome stealth app) was masquerading as a "weather" app and hid like a serpent for a very long time. Even the tech-by-phone couldn't help. But Jason would not be beat, found the problem, killed it, and that solved all my other problems as a result. Double his salary, please! He richly deserves it!

    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jason went above and beyond what one would expect and it really restored my faith in customer service. I was not getting the answers I needed until I spoke to him and he not only welcomed the challenge but he even called me later after making some calls to figure out my particular situation. I am very impressed. Highly recommend this guy!

    Horrible customer service. I came in around 8:15 pm on 3/10/21 because I wanted to upgrade my phone. The associate who mediocrely assisted me was extremely rude from the get go. He said we would have to wait 30 days to switch my phone over from prepaid to contract. Even if that is true he didn’t explain it in a manner that made any sense and it sounded like he just didn’t want to help me. At this point he had my drivers license and essentially said there was nothing he could do to help me because my name wasn’t the primary name on the account (an account I tried to explain to him I thought had already been separated and I thought should be under my name or I should at least have joint access to the account). He said nothing and just showed me the account name. No solutions, no trying to help. His tone, language, body language, and overall demeanor were extremely arrogant and rude. I can’t believe someone like that works in customer service. His behavior was absolutely uncalled for because I was not rude to this associate until he tossed my license back to me instead of handing it to me or setting it down on the table and letting me grab it. That is NOT how you treat people. As a woman of color, I couldn’t help but take it extremely personal. There was another couple there being assisted by another associate and they were sitting down while he thoroughly explained everything to them. Who wasn’t I able to get that same customer service? I left the interaction extremely uncomfortable AND without a new phone that I was planning on paying for. Congrats on not doing your job at all boy
