Terrible, we were finally helped after 2 hours of waiting and then he switched up the sim card numbers on a phone number that wasn't even discussed. Which in turn disconnected the service on said phone number. It has taken me over 3 hours to try and get it fixed and still not resolved. All I was trying to do was upgrade a phone. I have 2 jobs and 3 kids and I do not have time for this. Very frustrated and we have been long time customers with 10 lines, just so disappointed.Response from AT&TJanuary 7, 2021Hi Bethany T.
