    I was on the phone with AT&T all morning attempting to get my new Apple 6 Series watch activated. I was not be able to be helped over the phone, and I was advised to go into a store. At first I went into an authorized retailer who advised me that AT&T had added my IMEI number to someone else's account, and that they could not help me at their location. They suggested that I come into this corporate location on Preston and Warren. What a mistake??!! When I went into this location, the STORE MANAGER CHRIS, advised me that they were unable to help me, and that I would have to return this device to BEST BUY. Then I would have to come back, and they could sell me one of their watches. He also told me that they tell people this all the time if they buy their devices from Costco or other retailers (fyi AT&T and Best Buy work together to set customers up). I let him know that my device was activated on someone else's account, and he did not even care. I advised him that I thought that they should investigate the situation, because it was their mistake that they added an IMEI number that was not that customer's onto their account. He told me that he would not be digging into it, and they would not investigate. I told him that if they were unable to resolve the issue that I would be contacting the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (WHICH I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT HAS ISSUES)-ESPECIALLY IF IT IS WITH THIS store location, because they clearly are only looking to make a MONEY. I then advised him that I was considering canceling my services in front of about 25 other customers. The STORE MANAGER CHRIS told me then go ahead and cancel all of your services! Unbelievable! Not only are you a money-grubbing-you know what-you should not have a job in the field of any kind of sales/customer service position. I have TV, INTERNET, UNLIMITED CELL PHONE & DATA SERVICE, & I AM TRYING TO ADD A NEW LINE OF SERVICE. I will be paying over $250 a month or $3,120 a year for your services. I have never been so upset in my life! I will cancel services, I will report this incident to the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, and you will take ownership of your actions! I started swearing when I left the store, and I overhear him telling another customer, and the employee that I was not listening to him. I heard you, but it was the absolute wrong answer!!! This is the most ridiculous store that I have every been in, and I will never return, especially to buy any additional products!!!! I seriously cannot believe that you cannot give 0 stars, because it is experiences like this that deserve them. I will also make sure that all my friends and family members know about the experience that I had with you CHRIS!

    Very poor customer service from beginning to end. On 04/09/2021 I went onto the AT&T site to look at phones and consider switching over from T-mobile after 10 years. I spoke with Angel O out of Atlanta Ga who talked to me about the promo with the Galaxy S21 being free with trade in of old device. Angel O. had my attention we discussed the plan and went over my old devices and I was told that we qualified for the promo for 4 lines that I was needing. Angel O. told me to take the old devices to the local store and have them to ship the devices for me after I get the new ones. Angel O provided me with his personal cell phone # to reach out if I didn't receive the phones. We received the new devices on 04/10/2021 I activated the phones and wiped the old devices. Later that day my phone rang and I looked at the caller id and it showed my wife's name which was impossible because she was sitting beside me. I realized at that point that Angel O. had crossed my wife's name and my Mother-in-law name up on the phones. I text Angel O. and told him what happened
    and he stated to me that I needed to go to a local store and or call Customer Care, that there was nothing he could do. On 04/12/2021 I went to the AT&T store located at 3551 Preston Rd and spoke with Omair L, who had the title of Business Expert on his name tag, who in fact looked at the phones and told me immediately that our phones did not qualify for that promo. After Angel O told me that they did on 04/09/2021.
    Omair L. then stated that he needed to go to the back and speak with his Mgr. Zack N. who never came from the back to help resolve the matter. Omair L. then tells me that my matter would have to be taken up with the Atlanta location since they didn't sale me the phones. Which I did not understand! Then Omair L. stated to me that he would be reaching out to Angel O. Supervisor via email to make him aware of what took place and the mistakes that he (Angel O) made during the process and that they would be contacting me back later on that day. Well I never heard anything back from Omair L. that day or anyone else from AT&T. So I called the next day 04/13/2021 and spoke with Carl and he stated the Omair L. has not made it in yet and he would give him my name and number. I waited several hours no call, so I called back and Carl answered again and stated that Omair L. was off that day, and he would leave him a message. On 04/14/2021 I went back to the AT&T store located at 3551 Preston Rd and ran into Omair L. as he was leaving work for the day at approximately 5:17 p.m and I asked for the store Mgr. Omair L. stated that he was not in at that time. Then Omair L. stated that he saw the message on a piece of paper to call me but he got busy. However he was leaving at that time and never returned my call. Omair L. also stated to me that he sent another email out and was still waiting to hear from someone. All I want is what Angel O promised us the 4 Galaxy S21 free of charge that we were told we qualified for during the sign up. All was left was for me to do was drop off my old devices, I did my part! I Guess this was my welcome to AT&T. On 04/15/2021 I called the store again and asked for Zack N. the store Mgr. for AT&T located at 3551 Preston Rd. Once Zack got on the phone and I told him who I was and what I was calling about all he could really say was that there was nothing he could really do since the sale didn't take place at his store, which does not make since to me, but if I walk in there with money to pay the AT&T bill would I get sent to another store I don't think so. Anyway Zack said that he reached out to the Area Mgr. Keith Crawford and have not heard back from him. I really feel like this was almost done just to make the sale with the Add A Line and get Credit. So today's date is 04/16/2021 and I still have not heard from anyone..
