    I had an appointment yesterday and I experienced terrible customer service. I will never go back to this store again. Victoria and Jay are not very helpful and not very professional. I have to call customer service to be able to get help in regards to the promotional. Thank God I was honored because I am long time customer. I was given incentive because of their rudeness. I just found out they are not AT&T employees that’s the reason why they are not professional.

    I made an appointment at 6:00. I left 38 minutes later because they were helping customers ahead of me who were walk-ins. Why make an appointment? 2 representatives helping one person. Bad service!

    Like most people, I hate having to go in the store to deal with any account/phone issues. In the past I have ended up paying " hidden/unmentioned" fees, long waiting times, or being re-directed to t online customer service.
    BUT this last time by far was an in and out situation Abel and he had me in and out in less then 45 minutes and when I went back 3 weeks later to turn in my old phone (I held onto it to get passwords, pictures, documents off it) and I was having issues turning in the phone I started to get upset at the realization that I would have to pay the full cost for an upgrade and not use my old phone fr the promotional offer for a discount.
    But Krista, the new manager came over and politely introduced herself and asked how she can help. She took the time to diffuse a situation and assured me she would personally look into the matter and follow-up with me. And I won't lie I left thinking great now I'm going to have to deal with the corporate office and call to fix my account but as I was getting ready to leave town for the Easter holiday I told myself I would deal with it when I got back.
    Then I got a call a couple of days later from Krista letting me know that the issue had been resolved and the matter was taken care of.
    And when I logged into my account and saw that the issue HAD been resolved!
    I was surprised and relieved to know that
    I didn't have to call and be on hold, get transferred around to the correct department, get disconnected, etc. Ya'll know what I'm talking about. What a relief to was to not have to go through that! It was a first and I am truly grateful for Krista's help ! I will be sure to refer to her and this store knowing she is there to assist with any issues that arrive.

    Only put one star because I had to in order to write a review. To the brunette lady with the slicked back bun- you are the very reason people dislike dealing with customer service reps. You are the epitome of a cherry picking sales person. Little did you know, after swapping my account info I wanted to purchase a new phone. (Probably could have helped your sales goals for the day) Maybe next time, step up and help out the guest that you think is “just a waste of time”.
