    Initial interaction
    I went to the store to change my plan from Verizon to AT&T in order to take advantage of better discounts through my work. The initial interaction was great, he found the discounts and got a quote lined up for me. He then told me I needed to have my wife come back with me since she's on my plan and that I would need to let Verizon know I was changing service. I left feeling pretty good and hopeful we would be able to save some money by switching.

    Second interaction
    I went back that same afternoon with my wife with me and we started the process. Caleb then told me I needed to go to the Verizon store in person to get information from them (all the while bragging about antagonizing the Verizon store across the street and their employees). This seemed strange since I figured I could just go onto my account through Verizon and get an phone number transfer code. I went to the Verizon store and they just gave me a customer service number to call, I relayed this to Caleb and he he should be able to do it without it. That begged the question, why was I sent to the Verizon store? Was it some weird mind game Caleb wanted to play on the employee over there? He then started the transfer process and sign up without me needing to call, that seemed fine. We were then told I would need a temporary number and phone while the transfer was going through as our numbers would be deactivated. I asked what my wife would do if we just had one temporary phone and he seemed to have not thought that party through. Since we both needed our phones I asked if this was accurate and he had to talk to his supervisor to get clarification. He came back and said he would need to schedule a date for the transfer to go through and picked a day after our phones were scheduled to be delivered. He then continued the transfer and sign up process, joked about stealing my identity, slammed Verizon some more, and bragged more about how much money he was going to save me. We finally wrapped and my wife had not needed to provide any information at all. When we asked why she needed to be there, he just shrugged, so we left.

    First sign-up error
    I started to check the status of our transfers the next day and found them to be in and error state. Turns out we did in fact need a code from Verizon but I was able to get it online through my Verizon account (Caleb, if you're reading this, take notes). So I went through AT&T's online chat and then called them with the code and they explained the number transfer process significantly better than Caleb did and confirmed that our Verizon numbers and service would be active until we activated our new AT&T phones. We got our phones, service was working, everything was good.

    Second sign-up error
    We had signed up for the lowest tier of unlimited and were given that quote which reflected that as well as the discounts we were supposed to receive. I now have my first bill and it's about twice as much as what Caleb had shown us. We anticipated the taxes, fees, and activation charges, those make sense. What we did not anticipate were a lack of discounts associated with my work, insurance fees which we had not signed up for, and apparently being signed up for the highest tier of unlimited. I am now working through AT&T online support to try and get these errors rectified and have already spent hours trying to fix Caleb's many mistakes.

    Kairo was extremely helpful during my visit today. He was able to help me find a galaxy phone that was compatible with my husband’s galaxy watch quickly, got me the newest phone available (it wasn’t even on display yet!), and found a phone case for that would fit it as well. He and the other associate were both friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

    I couldn't have been given better customer service than by Kairo. He was friendly, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He did all the set up for me (which I find so intimidating). Thank you, Kairo, I am so happy with my new 12 mini!

    Do not go near this store. Let’s just say I filed a better business bureau complaint on this location last night after I came to find the general manager scammed me by adding a secondary line to my plan and upping my bill $100 I did my research and spent 1 hour on the phone with ATT corporate. Revert to my google review along with 3 other people this happened to these employees need to be replaced.

    Purchasing a phone from this establishment started out being a real mess with wrong delivery address. But with the awesome help of manager Ethan who has patience of gold I got my new phone and he helped set it up.
