    Horrible Customer Sevice- The staff person working on the evening of Monday, Nov. 29 named Rob (on his nametag) would not honor the appointment my wife made at 6:30 PM. First he claimed that my wife did not make an appointment then he would not even look at the confirmation text I was trying to show him. When another staff member became available, he took a customer that did not have an appontment before me. What is the point of having an apppointment system if it is not honored and you end up waiting just as long as if you just walked in?

    This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had a very similar experience to a comment from Natalie W in January with the employee at the front desk. I ordered a curbside pickup order, and I was told by the employee that sits at the front desk that I "have to come inside to pick up the curbside pickup order. " I think that defeats the purpose of curbside pickup, don't you? For a company that advertises safe covid-19 practices... this is very concerning. I ended up going inside to pick up the order after waiting 20 minutes to find this rude employee sitting at the desk doing nothing. I'm concerned about a store that puts this kind of employee at the front end, and as the first face a customer sees. I won't be returning to this store, and I'll probably visit my local Apple store next time I want a new phone.

    Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just stopped by the AT&T Potomac yard location at around 6:20pm. There were no other customers in the store. When I walked in, I was not greeted by any of the three sales people on the floor. When I approached the person behind the counter, I needed to ask him a question about removing a protection plan off of my new phone that I did not sign up for. He rolled his eyes and responded with “No call the number.” Then I went to ask him a basic question about my iPhone setup regarding the SIM card and was again met with a major attitude and almost disdain for me even asking a question. I understand that we are in trying times but the lack of respect and basic customer service was appalling. I do not recommend going to this location. You’re better off rolling the dice and waiting on hold with customer service.

    Amazing experience at this store! I made an appointment and was greeted immediately upon arrival. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and knew exactly which model I wanted. I was in the store for 50 minutes and walked out with my new phone fully set up. The store manager, Wasif, was incredibly helpful to me and signed in every guest who entered the store almost immediately. The other store staff were kind and professional and it was clear the team works well together. This was a quick and easy trip, and I am so appreciative!

    I went in to see about transferring my service to First Net from T-Mobile. I was honestly expecting a long and complicated process to do so, as I have never had a “smooth” experience when dealing with my cell phone service. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. Xandi was great in helping me get everything done and was courteous and nice while doing so. I was in and out of the store in no time with exactly why I wanted. Thanks for the great job and I commend Xandi for her first rate customer service.
