4.2- April 20, 20225My fiance n I went in to get new phones. This store was a throw back in time. Back to when customer service mattered. Jay was our salesman n if I had to grade to a 5 star level he receive 10 star. Didn't push you threw the sale answered every question you threw at him and you can see after him building the payment plan with each phone checking out 4 different phones. You could see he was about getting you what you wanted and price range you were happy with. Not just pushing a sale and giving you anything. He handled things like pro and professional. I highly recommend everyone who I'd looking for phone service and customer service to visit this location. I was told by the manager Paul Jay was fairly new. Which also speaks upon the manager at this location. Newer staff well trained, very clean store. Everything threw process of getting 2 new phones and a watch Jay walked threw everything with us. If he didn't have an answer to a question he got it for us. Staff n Manager excellent at this location. Thanks guys for making out experience easier n less stressful getting new phones. - February 17, 20215I came in before work one morning to get an upgrade and Jake quickly assisted me with a new phone. I was in and out in no time, Jake was efficient and knowledgeable and quickly had me on my way all while assisting another customer. He was great at multi-tasking both of us. - May 18, 20201I would not recommend this location to anyone. The service is terrible and I walked out of store without resolving my phone issue. Most unprofessional store I have ever been in. I am very disappointed. I ended up not adding a phone line and just leaving.

On top of that she even gave me a few leads as to a new job. She went over and beyond what i expected.
