Getting the run around. I have been an ATT customer since 2005. Don't even get me started on the number of phones purchased due to a teenager in the home. I have typically received fantastic service in store. Not sure why ATT decided to remove that level of service but is was a huge mistake. I have called ATT three times since Thursday and physically went to a location yesterday because the website was not working. My sister is on my plan in another state so dissecting any issue is no small feat because her phone is not in my posession.
The Rep. was very helpful yesterday. I sent my disabled sister to another location today in Everett WA because I was told someone in the store should be able to help her as an authorized user. I spoke with Yaseem and explained the issues with a potential virus on the phone and erroneous charges on my account. He did at least confirm these said apps were not on my sisters phone.. Hence the virus claim. The phone is a Samsung, and we have to deal directly with Samsung although I purchased the phone from ATT. What the!?
Long story short, I explained to Yaseem that my sister is disabled and we need some help. He told me he would call the ATT blocker phone number with her and then call me back after they were finished. HE DID NOT. He gave my disabled sister the number to call and sent her on her way.
