    During the holidays we visited the Tacoma store for new devices and changed a line but when we came home we had a situation. I was upset so I called the store and the manager, Natalie was very sympathetic and understanding about our situation. She made a follow up call and made sure she understood what we wanted and helped fix our devices. Although I don’t live in Tacoma she went out of her ways to make sure we were satisfied! I apologize for my actions but thank you Natalie and AT&T for being patient!!

    Sorry but not sorry! I have auto payment and I need this done ASAP! We were there 12/23/2020!
    On 1/4/2021, I’ve called the 1800 number to dispute our bill and the representative said we should call the store because they are able to fix this and that AT&T does not tolerate sells like this. She was nice enough to emailed all the receipts and said we should visit the store or call them. We don’t live in Tacoma so we call to ask for Chelsey who did our transaction or Natalie the store manager but they were not in so we was told to call back on 1/5/2021, Wednesday around 11am. On Wednesday, 1/5/2021 @11:14am we called and Chris answered, Natalie the store manager was still not there but he will leave my information for her to call us back. Someone responded to Chris, oh she’ll be back at 4-5pm! I waited the whole day fora call back but nothing. I am very upset because we are loyal customers and never missed a payment! But all I’m asking is to FIX MY BILL! I only needed to upgrade 3 devices and pay for remaining balances if any and change a phone number, which only requires a SIM card. Chelsey added 2 new lines which we don’t have, added 6 promos, then turn around and added an installation fee for a promo and gave a new SIM card but didn’t discontinue! I paid $823.93 and that’s not right. Come to think of it, am I paying for someone else’s free service???

    I wish negative 10 (-10) stars was an option. Today, December 26, 2020 at 11:00am when they unlocked the doors I was the first customer of the day - there to return an iPhone12ProMax(512g) because it was too big for my spouse. I bought the item online on 12/15/2020 because it touted "free and easy returns". The clerk told me that I would have to pay $55 restock fee because the phone had been opened. It's true, we opened the box and held the phone in our hands, but never even turned it on. It was gonna cost us $55 dollars for removing the cellophane wrapper from the box. I told the clerk this was bs. His reaction shocked me. He came flying around the plexiglass divider, got in my face and said "what did you say to me?" "You can't talk to me that way". This animated response prompted 2 other employees to join him. Leaving me speechless standing toe to toe with 3 of the 6 employees in the store. I asked to talk to the manager, and one of the 3 claimed to be the manager. He took over for the clerk and continued to work on my return. The original clerk was standing nearby. Next, the manager went to the back room to "check on something" and I told the original clerk that I was going to report him. Then, he loudly said "what did you say to me" and two other employees joined in again. One of the employees called me an A**H*** and threatened me, saying I was lucky I was old. The manager said I threatened his employees and said he would not process my return and ordered me to leave the store. Standing at the door I complained I was being threatened and called an A** Hole, and they said I was causing a scene and they would call the police if I didn't leave.
    I am old, and I remember the days when the "customer is always right", and when free actually meant free.
    I've been an AT&T customer for over 30 years. But if this is how I can expect to be treated when I visit their store and disagree with a return policy, it's time to move on.

    The customer service was a nightmare. I can understand a person having a bad day but being so argumentative with your customers or soon to be customers is just uncalled for. I walked in trying to get my IPAD 12.9 cell service hooked back up on my new one because there was a problem with my old one. Right away I could already feel the gentleman that was helping me was irritated that he had to help me because it was almost closing, I believe his name was Lydon or something that sounded like that. I’ve been working for the Army for 21 years and been an AT&T customer and haven’t seen anyone act like that. Oh and by the way you can activate the IPad 12.9 without a SIM card, or you can put one in for a duel sim.
