The representative had us wait for two hours while he called another store to get one phone that we wanted and then scheduled a delivery for the other phone the following day. It turned out he didn’t schedule the second phone delivery. Now we have to wait a week for the other phone. We wouldn’t have been so upset if the representative hadn’t been so ridiculous with promises, guarantees, and then not following through. Pretty surprised and certainly the bottom service I’ve received at an AT&T store.

She spend several hours with us and promised to always be available for the local senior who was just learning the iphone. Excellent work! We need to understand our bill before we are completely set though. Confusing with charges.
