Managing AT&T bill ready notification

If you receive a paper bill, then you can stop the AT&T Bill Ready Notification emails you no longer want to receive. If you do not receive a paper bill, you can stop the payment reminder email only. You cannot stop the billing notification email.

To stop a reminder email:

1. Sign in with your User ID and Password.
2. Tap the personal icon in the upper-right of the screen next to Sign Out.
3. Select View Profile.
4. Select Communication Preferences.
5. Follow the online instructions and turn off the Pay bill reminder option.
