Stop your paper bill

If you have already registered for AT&T online account management, follow the steps below.

Stop receiving paper bills

If you are not currently registered, you will need to register for AT&T online account management and can stop your paper bill as part of the registration process.
  1. Sign in with your user ID and password.
  2. Select View profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
  3. Select Billing & payment options and then select Edit paperless bill settings.
  4. Follow the online instructions under paperless billing settings.

You'll be able to view, print, and pay your current bill online immediately. You'll also receive monthly email reminders when your online bill is ready to view and pay.

Note: If you have multiple telephone numbers that are billed together, you only need to register the main billed phone number. The main billed phone number is shown at the top of your paper bill.
