Manage paperless billing online

Learn how to switch to paperless billing.

Enroll in paperless billing

If you have already registered for an AT&T online account, follow the steps below. If you are not currently registered, you will need to register for myAT&T for Business and can stop your paper bill as part of the registration process.

  1. Sign in with your User ID and password.
  2. Tap the personal icon in the upper-right of the screen next to Sign Out.
  3. Select VIEW PROFILE in the top navigation area.
  4. Select Billing and Payment Info and select Edit paperless bill settings.
  5. Follow the online instructions.

You'll be able to view, print, and pay your current bill online immediately. You'll also receive monthly email reminders when your online bill is ready to view and pay.

Note: If you have multiple telephone numbers that are billed together, you only need to register the main billed telephone number. The main billed telephone number is shown at the top of your paper bill.

Once enrolled, we will send you an email each month when your bill is ready to view and pay.
