About canceling a pending or duplicate payment

If your online payment has not yet been processed and is pending and your account status permits, you can delete it:

  1. Sign in to myAT&T for Business account and select Billing and Payments tab.
  2. Select Manage payment activity & options to see if the payment is pending.

If it's pending, there will be a Delete link next to it to cancel the payment. If there is no Delete link, either the payment has already been credited or has special handling. If needed, select Make a Payment to make a new payment. If your payment has already been processed please call us to resolve the issue.
