Using online payments
If your online payment from last month was not debited from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card, you may check your
Payment History to make sure that your online payment was successfully submitted.
- Sign in to myAT&T for Business.
- Select Billing and Payment options.
- Select More payment history to see if the payment is listed.
All online payments that were successfully submitted online are immediately shown in your payment history.
- If the payment is shown on the Payment History page, contact your bank or credit/debit card issuer to determine why the payment wasn't shown on your statement.
- If the payment is not shown on the Payment History page, please contact us.
