Re-start your paper bills
Sign in and start receiving paper bills again.
Here's how
To start receiving paper bills in the U.S. mail again:
Sign in with your user ID and password.
Select
View profile
found in the top navigation area near logout button.
Select
Billing & payment options
and then select
Edit paperless bill settings
.
Select
Edit paperless bill settings
.
Follow the instructions to start your paper bill.
After you restart your paper bills:
Monthly billing statements will be sent via U.S. mail beginning in approximately 1-2 months, depending on your billing cycle.
You can still view and pay your bills online.
