If your account is temporarily disabled
Your online AT&T online account management is temporarily disabled after you entered an incorrect Password or User ID too many times.
If you continue to have difficulties, you should:
Try our Forgot User ID/Password? link found on the Sign In page and follow the directions found there.
Contact us and describe the situation. Be sure to include as much information as possible: your billing telephone number, your User ID, your current email address, and any previous email addresses.
