To start receiving paper bills in the U.S. mail again:
- Sign in with your user ID and password.
- Select View profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
- Select Billing and Payment options.
- Select Edit paperless billing.
- Follow the online instructions.
Your paper bill will be restarted in approximately one month, depending on your billing cycle.
At any time, you can stop your paper bill by repeating these steps.
