The only way to fast-charger you 12.9" iPad Pro
The other poster, jfrantz34, is talking nonsense. This is an amazing cable - when combined with the 29W USB-C charger from Apple, this literally doubles how rapidly your 12.9" iPad Pro can charge - from 0 to 100% in 90 minutes!

Doesn't even last 6 months
Horrible performance. I have had my iPhone barely a year and have already gone through three of these charging cords. All the cords have gotten burning hot at the base which plugs into the phone and then it quits charging the phone. For the price I expect a phone charging cord to last longer than 6 months. It is ridiculous having to pay over $75.00 a year for phone charging cords!!

Q: Will thIS USB-C to lightning CABLE coupled with a 29W PA not only work with my IPAD Air 2 but charge it faster? Than the standard Lightning cable with the standard PA without harming the IPAD?

- A: Hey BuzzySpeedo, We do not recommend using any charger other than the original, or one which was designed specifically for it. Getting too much voltage can degrade your hardware at a much faster rate than your original charger. If you need power on the go I would suggest looking at some of the rechargeable chargers, I will leave a link at the bottom of this post with one.
