This used to be my favorite charger. I have 2 in my car from over a year ago still holding up. However, I got one 11/19/2020, the top broke off in my phone not even a week later. I finally went & exchanged it, 12/11/2020 and was told that the 1 year warranty only allows 1 exchange now, whereas it used to be unlimited within that 1 year time from from the date of purchase. Fast forward to today 12/19/2020 I pulled my phone off the charger & the tip is once again lodged in my phone. So a year ago Ve más

Q: Apple iPhone SE (2020) is grayed out on the lists of compatible products (charger cables). Does that mean the charger I am looking at will or will not work on that particular phone?

A: Hi Patty23,
Sorry for the confusion. Anything on the list is compatible. It being greyed out just means that we currently are not trying to sell that particular device. The ones that aren't greyed out, you can click and it'll take you to a screen to buy that phone.

Q: The tech specs say the cable is capable of 12W output. Does that mean my iPhone will not charge in full speed when paired with the new Apple 20W power adapter?

A: Hi Edward1,
That is correct. You are limited by the lowest power outage, so if you don't have the correct USB cable and power block, you will not get full charge power. Learn more at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208137

A: Hi @Gramma Tootsie,
The iPhone 12 Pro Max uses the lightning connector with either the USB A or USB C connector depending on the charging brick. The fast charge uses the USB C. The phone can also charge wirelessly with a wireless charging pad.

A: Hi,
You should be able to use the charging cable to connect your phone to your computer. If you don't have one, this cable won't work and you will want a Micro USB to USB A cable.
