It Works, BUT!
It works!! BUT!! Please include a set of clear directions on PAPER when you pack the modem. Stop with the "it's on the internet" bull. If your modem doesn't work how can you get on the internet?

Lousy customer interactions
The modem didn't have the right connections for my service which I couldn't determine from the site. Okay, time to return it. IT TOOK ME AN ENTIRE HOUR, MOSTLY ON HOLD, AND THREE, COUNT THEM THREE, DIFFERENT REPS TO FINALLY GET A DAMNED RETURN LABEL. And it's not as if the return has shown up on my credit card despite the return being acknowledged over a week ago. Oh, and a "quality" "insight"? Really? .
