I followed the steps to activate an old IPhone 5 we had that we were giving to our son. It was easy to follow the steps and when the sim card came in it worked in the pine right away! And I did nit need any assistanc.

Q: I am flying in to LAX from Australia. I need to purchase a sim for my iPhone 5. Where is the nearest AT&T store to LAX or Disneyland?
10 years ago1 Answer
- A: Hi Jezza! Great question! It currently appears the nearest AT&T company store between LAX and Disneyland is located at 1345 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton CA 92832. The phone number is 714-870-9912. You can also view other locations by selecting the Store Locations & Appointments on the upper right of the site and search by address, zip code or landmark. Hope this helps! Q: Want to order a iPhone5 sims card. Already have a phone. Have an iPhone4 but need a sims card for iPhone5 I gave to my granddaughter
10 years ago1 Answer
- A: You can stop by any AT&T corporate store to get a new sim card for the iPhone 5 at no cost. I would recommend to take the device with you, have the sim card activated and test prior to leaving the store. Please visit https://www.att.com/storeappointment/ to schedule an appointment, so you will not need to wait to be helped at the store. Gerald with ATT Mobility Care10 years agoHelpful?
Q: I would like to add a new line to my plan and would also like to no how much would it be a month. I have my own phone to bring
10 years ago1 Answer
- A: That would depend entirely on what current plans and features you have and how much data the line will need. You can chat or call with AT&T to see what options you have based on your existing account. AT&T Mobility Care Team10 years agoHelpful?
Q: It won't recognize the IMEI# I retrieved from the back of the phone. Does it matter if it's At&t or a different provider?
10 years ago1 Answer
- A: If the device is not an AT&T branded device, the web site will not know what sim card will fit in the device. I would recommend to stop by an AT&T company store and ensure you get the correct sim for the device regardless, if it's an AT&T branded device or not. AT&T Mobility Care Team10 years agoHelpful?
