Proseasy to use, email sent to phone was a convenience, dropped a lot never cracked
Consbattery life, not enough features, freezes a lot, very slow

I have had to get 2 replacements in less than a year
13 years ago
I got this phone in May of 2012 and I then had to get a new one in October of 2012 because I had to push the buttons multiple times in order for it to work. I sent it back, got a new one and now my recent one stopped working because the buttons won't work. I can't push ANYTHING and it's been less than 3 months. I can't get a new one because the one they sent me didn't have a water sticker on it and I didn't check for that when I first got it. I don't recommend this phone. It's really nice looking and feeling but freezes often.
Prossleek, nice pictures
Consfreezes, hard to control
No, I do not recommend this product.

not the best smartphone out there, poor battery life, freezes
13 years ago
Currently, this is my second curve 9360. The constant freezing on the first one that I got drove me over the edge after just about four months of having it. I got a new curve 9360 and I've had it ever since then. However, frequently throughout the past months, I put up with the battery going through constant mood swings where it would be at about 80% at 8am and then at 11am, it would be at about 30% so the battery life stinks. Also, my curve freezes all the time and overheats constantly. So this week I will be going back to at&t for my third curve 9360. (My contract is up in January 2014 so I can't get a different phone.) This would be a nice, simple smartphone for someone who is just into texting and is patient with the freezing. I would not recommend this for a teenager or an early 20 something or anyone who is always on social networking sites, always on the phone, and always texting. The only thing I can say is, I should have gotten an iPhone.
Prosgood/okay camera w/ flash, phone sound is clear, nice features, durable
Consfreezes all the time, overheats, battery life is horrible, small keys, doesn't store alot of photos, not alot of apps
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I alrady have a data plan for one of my family plan phones. Do I need an additional data plan for the Blackberry?
I have 3 phones on my family plan. One is an I-phone so I already have a data plan. Do I need an additional data plan if I order me a Blackberry?

2 Answers
A: Yes each phone has there own data plan, my daughter just upgraded to a blackberry and we had to add the smart phone data plan. This is a little pricey if you go with the unlimited, but as long as you have wifi access in your home and most places you use the data, the wifi picks up and doesnt use your data .

A: yes the Blackberry 9360 does have wi-fi and you can use it anywhere there is a wi-fi hotspot, such as some major coffee shops and restaurants. If there isn't wi-fi you will be connected thru 3G/4G which uses your data limits.

Q: Is this plan compatible with an enterprise unlimited data plan?
It alerts me to choose a new data plan when I checkout, but I need this to be compatible with my enterprise account at work, with unlimited data.

2 Answers
A: If you have a current unlimited data plan, choose the new plan if it will not let you go any further but when the new phone comes in call Care to make sure your current data plan is still active (must do this before activating the new phone).

Q: Can I add new apps to the Blackberry or am I stuck with what's preloaded?
2 Answers
A: Some preloaded apps can be uninstalled but yes, you can add new ones using BB World (some BB phones have nice sized internal storage amount). The Curve 9360 has 512mb or so and I have downloaded quite a bit.

Q: I am trying decide between the Blackberry Curve (TM) 3G and the Blackberry Curve TM 9360. Which is the newest phone made and the better phone?
2 Answers
A: The Blackberry Curve "3G" is the older generation compared to the Blackberry Curve "9360." (Just like an iPhone 3G and 3GS.) The newer Curve might be faster (not network, like speed when using the actual phone) but not night and day faster. Also, the newer device comes with OS 7, whereas the older one is stuck (can't update anymore) at OS 6/6.1. Either way, try them in person to test out the screens, cameras, and most importantly, the keyboard. It's a Blackberry right?!
